How We Accelerate Your Sampling Process?
- 1.Ready-to-Ship Formula Sample Library – Rapid Matching & Sampling The industry standard for internal material sampling typically takes 10–15 days. We continuously update our library with market-trending bestsellers, building an extensive inventory of beauty samples. Once we receive a client's sample request, we can directly match the desired shade and texture from our existing formula inventory and arrange immediate sample dispatch—eliminating the waiting time of starting from scratch.
- Custom Formulation Development – Sample Dispatch in 3–5 Days Our team consists of over 20 senior R&D engineers and dedicated sampling specialists. For client-directed custom sampling—whether replicating an existing formula or developing a completely new one—we complete the entire process from sample development to quality inspection and shipping within just 3–5 working days, significantly compressing the custom R&D cycle.
- Full-Service Finished Product Sampling – In-House Printing, No More 20-Day Plate-Making Delays Traditional factories rely on outsourced plate-making, prepress, external printing, and multiple rounds of testing, taking over 20 days for finished product sampling. Our factory is equipped with a complete set of in-house printing and production equipment, enabling fully integrated closed-loop production—from packaging printing to final assembly. Finished product custom samples are also delivered in just 3–5 days, dramatically shortening the early-stage product testing and selection timeline, and helping you seize the market window faster.
Product Quality Control Process
Upon receiving customer requirements, the merchandiser issues sample instructions to the R&D lab to commence work.

Engineers conduct a safety assessment on the raw materials required for the sample.

Inspectors examine each raw material for appearance, odor, color, particle size, microorganisms, hazardous substances, and other criteria. Only after confirmation of compliance may sample production begin.

Once the formula is confirmed, inspectors conduct tests for stability, compatibility, microorganisms, drop resistance, heat/cold resistance, and other criteria to ensure compliance.

The formula is entered into the factory’s formula system and synchronized with relevant factory departments.

Based on customer requirements, the sales team finalizes the contract and issues a production order to the factory. The factory order coordinator synchronizes the order with procurement, technical staff, production planners, production supervisors, warehouse keepers, quality control personnel, inspectors, and other relevant parties. Procurement begins screening suppliers for the required product accessories and auxiliary materials. All incoming accessories must be accompanied by a delivery note and inspection certificate before they can be warehoused.

After warehousing, inspectors conduct sampling inspections per international standards on the corresponding quantities and issue qualification reports. Container tests cover compatibility, functionality, print adhesion, and color/artwork verification. Raw materials are inspected per international standards for appearance, safety, stability, odor, microorganisms, and other criteria. Upon qualification, the semi-finished product operator applies for material requisition to begin internal content production.

Once the internal content is produced, an inspection application is submitted. Inspectors take samples again to test microorganisms, odor, appearance, heat/cold resistance, compatibility, stability, and other criteria. Only after passing these tests may production be notified to proceed with filling.

Prior to filling, workshop personnel clean and disinfect containers. During the filling process, QC personnel conduct full-process patrol inspections, verifying net content, packaging methods, and packaging standards. After finished product packaging is completed.

Inspectors take finished product samples once more for final inspection. After passing, the quality manager is notified for review. The product can only be released for shipment after the quality manager’s review and approval. Every inspection we conduct is to ensure that only qualified, high-quality products reach the market. the filling process, QC personnel conduct full-process patrol inspections, verifying net content, packaging methods, and packaging standards. A rich selection of shades for you to choose from
Our color library has been meticulously developed and refined by our factory's product developers, visual designers, senior market researchers, combined with real feedback from thousands of customers
As a cosmetic factory with a solid industry reputation, how do we handle customer after-sales issues?
Not responding, delaying, or adopting a mindset of "if we lose the customer, so be it"?
No. To achieve a tripartite win-win business, such an attitude is fundamentally unacceptable. Our ability to sustain steady growth in this industry for more than two decades is undoubtedly attributable to the trust of our loyal customers, the strong backing of our supply chain partners, and the dedicated collaboration of our professional team.
2022 · First Collaboration
A US startup found us online. We delivered samples in 3 days — he was shocked. His previous suppliers took 15 days. We filmed the entire process to earn his trust.
Store his goods in our factory for free and ship them whenever he needs. Simple, flexible and reliable.
Result: A partnership that lasted for years
2025 · Christmas Crisis
During peak season, his shipment was stuck. It took 10 days to reach customs and was then held for inspection, with no confirmed release date. The Christmas sales window was closing, and he began to panic.
We acted immediately:
- Secured priority shipping.
- Coordinated suppliers for emergency production.
- Reproduced the entire order at top speed.
- Video-called him and clearly explained our action plan.
No excuses. No blame game.
Just solutions.
Long-Term Partnership · Mutual Trust
This Saudi client was my very first client when I started my business in cosmetic OEM/ODM. Over the years of collaboration, we have built a strong foundation of mutual trust.
She has entrusted us with many affairs in China, including quality inspections at her other suppliers, consolidating and shipping goods from other vendors through our factory, and sourcing complementary beauty accessories for her.
April 2026 · Unexpected Complaints
A lip stain product that had been selling steadily for years suddenly started receiving complaints from end customers—the color had changed.
This puzzled us greatly. The formula had been in production for years with proven stability. Every batch went through rigorous color checks by QC, merchandisers, sales, quality inspectors and production teams, leaving virtually no room for error.
The client also confirmed that she had inspected the goods upon arrival and found no issues.
Trust · The Foundation That Endures
Although the root cause of this crisis was not on our end, we have always firmly believed that when a client faces difficulties, prioritizing their interests is the foundation of a lasting partnership.
Investigation · The Truth Comes to Light
We convened an emergency quality meeting at the factory and conducted a thorough re-inspection of all retained samples. Every sample passed.
We then conducted an online video inspection of her warehouse and discovered the root cause. She had recently moved to a standalone warehouse combined with an office.
The warehouse had no shade protection, no proper ventilation and no air conditioning for temperature control.
The client now faced a dual crisis: the entire batch was unsellable, causing significant losses, while her distributors were running out of stock and future cooperation was at risk.
Our Response · Emergency Support
Upon identifying the issue, we immediately activated our emergency response plan:
-
Priority production:
Expedited a new batch of the product.
-
Air freight first:
Sent a small quantity by air to quickly restock her shelves.
- Sea freight follow-up: Arranged larger quantities by sea immediately afterward.
- Proactive compensation: Provided a portion of replacement products to help reduce the client's substantial losses.
